DAN ... 15 years car need to go for PUSPAKOM check... OK?

Question that those stupid people up there giving this proposal must answer..
1. How many road accident in Malaysia was due to the car was 15 years old or more?
2. The reason is to support automotive industry and that was 10% of 100% people in malaysia.
What happen to 90% local people that can't afford to buy new car or to pay more (due to need
to pay PUSPAKOM, then mechanics, then PUSPAKOM again, then high insurance) or don't
want to have any more loan? Where is the slogan 'RAKYAT DIDAHULUKAN, PENCAPAIAN
DIUTAMAKAN"?
3. Is new car more safer than old car? Is the car issues or is the mentality issues?
4. Will the local price go down more to support this? not just few thousand. If they really want to
follow international standard as Europe or US which car older than 15 years have some
restriction, they should follow the same car price as them. For example, Ford or GM cars
there were sold around 5 - 20 K (is local made and is branded new car). Here, viva (small and
local made) was valued at 30K++. If the price could go below 10K or at least 15K, I bet at
least 50% people don't have problem to buy new car.
5. Will the interest rate become lower to support this? and will bank allowed old people (above 50) that don't have work anymore (retired) or does not have proper income to have loan with them?
6. Will insurance rate become lower?

I bet, Govt won't and can't do anything much since they are not buy-in to their own concept of 'RAKYAT DIDAHULUKAN'. At the end, they one will suffer is RAKYAT. And because of this, I will think twice to vote for them or not in the next election.

p/s: I still think wearing seat belt for pessenger behind does not help or reduce road accident. This is because those stupid people are only looking on how to have more money instead of solving main issues.
