Please ensure your website is fully operational and stable first before asking people to check and use it.
With this kind of errors people saw for the first time they tried, they will most probably will not come and check again.
It will be useless and the money use to develop it is people's money collected from tax.
I believe the cost to develop and deploy it is higher that it should be and the server given was low class server.
Most of government's projects are like that. I've seen one of GLC were given 2nd hand server and PC's that was not
successfully sold for a cost of new server and new PC. The prices was 100% mark-up.... That's was 5 years ago. Hope they learn
their stupid mistake.
