If by setting up 30% 'kuota' for bumiputera is consider racist, then what about lots of company that publish their recruitment are putting some languages requirements in the job scope?
If we want to be equally fair in all things, then I suggest, we give the 'kuota' based on the number of people... the percentage of the people... For example, there are 60% bumi's, 25% chineese, 10% indian, and 5% are other ethnics. Therefore, to be equally fair (as what those people are requesting), anything should be divided into this percentage. Number of people in a company, MP's, ADUN, Religious building, Housing, banking sectors, etc... everything must be divided into this percentage. DO THOSE PEOPLE THAT SAYS RACIST WILL ACCEPT THIS? OR they just want to have what ever belongs to BUMI's without giving or sharing what they belongs?
