Top Ten Reasons Why Large Companies Fail To Keep Their Best Talent

It is an interesting articles... some of us might have read this before and some might have even done evaluation related to this... But you can still read it again to refresh your mind. Who knows, you might be a CEO, or currently a CEO of a company.... Listen carefully to your sub-ordinates down to earth...

1. Company's bureaucracy - or in simple word - the crazy people
2. Failed to provide relevant and related task to ignite the passion of the employee - simple word = skill and passion did not matches with current work.
3. Low KPI achievement - simple word = not supported by the boss or the boss's boss
4. Blur future - after few years, the employee are still at that level, grade, or do the same task.
5. Too many re-structuring - simple word - KPI, Task, etc keep on changed ...
6. Too many finger pointer
7. Work/team up with non-productive people
8. Missing the vision
9. Closed-minded - I'm the only one right... all of you is wrong
