Indonesian maid.. RM800 is ok?

If you ask me, I'll said it is totally insane. They indonesian woman send to Malaysia to work as maid or workers at factory or restaurant is the third class workers or worst (rejected by others). From 100% of them send here, only few can work very well.

What is wrong with them?
1. Have disease and yet they get through medical check-up either at Indonesia or at Malaysia. I've few friends that was surprise when they bring their made for medical check-up for renewing their work permit. They get shocked when know that their maid whom prepare dishes for them has few disease that may infecting them. And yet they want RM800.
2. They don't know how to be maid. Either they don't know anything or did not get necessary training. After get the maid from agency, most of us need to take a week leave to monitor how they work and do their job. Most of us have risk of electrical appliances worn out.. I've a friend whom had to replace his rice cooker and washing machine due to his maid don't know how to used it. Even worst, they don't know how to cook or being a baby sitter (most of malaysian took maid to take care their baby).
3. They eat a lot and talk a lot. If you left them all alone, they will find their members or using house phone to talk with their friends and it will last for few hours. If 10kg of rice can last for 3 months for a family of 3, with maid, it will only last for less than 1 month.

With this, is it worth it to give them RM800? They are comparing with other countries such as Singapore, Philippines, Middle-East, etc. OK.. Not a problem to compare with that.
Malaysian people can pay them even RM1000. But bear in mind, they will need to work and do as their friends working at the other country. What is the things different?
1. They had to pay income tax.
2. They had to find their own house or room to rent.
3. They had to pay their own medical bill, electricity and water bill.
4. They don't have any leave. They must come when ever being called by their master.
5. They can only go back when their employer satisfied what have being done.
6. They need to come early (wake up early compare to current which sometimes employer wake-up early than them) ans start working from 6am till midnight.
7. They need to clean a house, completely.
8. They can't eat what ever food in employer's house.
9. They are not just taking care of the house, but everything.
10. They must be trusted and clean and healthy
And lots of things... and do they think RM800 (requested) or even RM1000 is more than enough for them. Let's us calculate...
Salary RM 1000 - (RM100 (Income tax & Levi) + RM100 (Work permit) + RM250 (Room rental) + RM50 (Electrics and Water bill) + RM100 (daily transport to work) + RM300 (food)) = RM100 (balance to be used or send to their family at Indonesia).

That.. compare to RM400 (current salary) - (RM0 (Income tax & Levi) + RM0 (Work permit) + RM0 (Room rental) + RM0 (Electrics and Water bill) + RM0 (daily transport to work) + RM0 (food)) = RM400 (balance to be used or send to their family at Indonesia).

So.. which has bigger number?

Think carefully before asking..
