What do I think?

I think the articles speak the truth. As an employee to various company, from local malays to MNC, with more than 10 years of experiences, I believe I have the right to agree with the author(s).

Although our education system do have some impact in producing talented workers, but the biggest impact was coming from industrial itself. Malaysian company don't really invest in training, change their direction (especially in programming or software engineering) rapidly just to get business or clients, and lack of motivation to newbies. 

However, I can't keep on blaming those culprit... Good suggestion to all... Be Persistent and you'll get through anything... Keep Your Learning Mode Always ON... :)
