Communication - the best team utilize the most

I was going through some linkedIn stories and came across on this. This interesting articles is talking about team work and how to get your team work together. There are four main things requires for a team to success working together and this has been mention by many motivators, consultant, etc. These four important elements are all inter-related to two of our six sense and it bring to only one word... "COMMUNICATION"


Alex Pentland listed this four elements and the elements are:

1. Communicate frequently
2. Talk and listen in equal measure, equally among team members
3. Engage in frequent informal communication
4. Explore for ideas and information outside the group
